The standard turnaround time is around 6 - 10 weeks but can vary depending on the size and complexity of the site we are designing. Ecommerce for example is likely to take longer than a 3 page business site. We will keep you regularly updated on the estimated completion of your website.
This depends on the package you choose, but generally we're happy to write the text for you and we have a copywriter in house. If you have any existing content you wish us to use, you should send this over as soon as possible. Any additional content outside of the package you have chosen will need to be purchased separately here.
If you already own a domain name for your business, we will be happy to use this for your new website. We will need to adjust some settings in this case and will require access to the registrar where you brought the domain. If you don't have access to this, then unfortunately we wont be able to use it and you'll need to purchase a new one.
Yes! Your website will be rendered down for use on both mobile and tablet devices. This is referred to as responsive design and is considered best practice for both user experience and for search engines such as Google.
Depending on the package you purchased, we will be able to make revisions within reason, for example, changing a phone number, altering some text or updating an image. Any additions or major changes to the original scope of the design will need to be costed out and charged as extra.
